Bio 

Scott has spent over 20 years in luxury travel as a senior executive and principal with both leading brands and early-stage companies. He served for over five years on the executive committee of Abercrombie & Kent where, among other things, he led teams building exquisite boutique safari lodges across Africa, raised capital, implemented senior management compensation plans and launched a successful new business line. Subsequently, he was COO/principal of Andrew Harper Travel, leading its successful sale to a private equity firm. Scott was a founding partner of Harborview Nantucket and was a principal with Sonoma, CA-based villa rental manager, Beautiful Places. In addition to his co-founder role at Alumni Escapes, Scott is CEO/Co-Founder of Nocturne Luxury Villas which operates in Telluride and St. Barths. Prior to entering the travel sector, he was a senior M&A advisor in London for leading UK investment bank Cazenove & Co.

Scott is married to Stephanie Mott Simmons and they have one daughter. He married into a Dartmouth family, counting two brothers-in-law as fellow alums. After Dartmouth, Scott earned a masters in international finance from New York University.
